Her research focuses on the behavioural underpinnings of extremism and terrorism, including risk and protective factors for grievance-fuelled violence, and spatial decision making relating to target selection and hostile reconnaissance.Caitlin Clemmow manages the Jill Dando Institute Research Lab at University College London. Her research focuses on understanding vulnerability and mobilisation to grievance-fuelled violence, including offenders such as violent extremists, domestic abuse perpetrators, mass murderers, serious youth violence offenders, and the pathologically fixated.Paul Gill is Professor of Security and Crime Science at University College London. His research focuses on risk and protective factors for violent extremism outcomes.
