She earned her Ph.D. in Criminology and Social Justice from Ontario Tech University in 2025. Her research interests include police studies, big data, and social justice.Phillip C. Shon is a Professor of Criminology at the Ontario Tech University. He earned his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois (Chicago) in 2003. His research interests include parricide and other forms of murder.
