Exposure to Violence and Protest Participation: Evidence from Post-Conflict Uganda

Prior to that, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Tübingen, Germany, in the research unit “International Relations/Peace and Conflict Research,” and at the Cluster of Excellence “The Politics of Inequality” at the University of Konstanz.Roman’s research deals with the causes and consequences of protests and civil resistance. He is particularly interested in the involved actors and focuses on protests in times of insecurity and instability, especially conflicts and democratic transitions.
