He also serves as a lecturer and researcher at the Centre of Expertise Cyber Security at The Hague University of Applied Sciences. His research primarily focuses on political hackers and cybercrime offenders.Eric Rutger Leukfeldt is endowed professor of Governing Cybercrime at the Faculty of Governance and Global Affairs and the Faculty of Law at Leiden University. He is also the director of the Centre of Expertise Cyber Security at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and senior researcher at the Netherlands Institute for the Study of Crime and Law Enforcement (NSCR). With over 100 publications, his research concentrates on the study of offenders and victims in cybercrime.
