Netanel Flamer Department of Middle Eastern Studies, Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, IsraelNetanel Flamer is a senior lecturer at the Department of Middle Eastern Studies at Bar-Ilan University and a senior research fellow at the Begin-Sadat (BESA) Center for strategic studies. His research focuses on intelligence and counterintelligence warfare in asymmetric conflicts and within non-state/sub-state actors, mainly Hezbollah and Hamas, as well as other aspects of these conflicts, including strategy, social media, and psychological warfare. He is the author of the book “The Hamas Intelligence Warfare against Israel,” published by Cambridge University Press (2024).
