Dr. Quick obtained her doctorate in criminal justice and criminology from Old Dominion University and her master’s degree in criminal justice from Fayetteville State University. Her research focuses on intimate partner violence and accessibility, the overlap between animal cruelty and intimate partner violence, and media and crime.
