Dr Sham holds a PhD in Urban and Regional Planning (Transport Safety) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and professional certifications, including Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport membership. Her research has secured over RM2 million in competitive grants and led to numerous publications in Scopus and WOS-indexed journals, multiple books, international innovation awards, and supervision of 20+ postgraduate students to completion.Amir Foroughi(Ph.D), Senior Researcher in national tax organisation.He is active in social and innovation entrepreneurship field. He is published various paper in international journals and he is supervisor for numerous PhD students and researchers.Selim Ahmed, is a distinguished academic and administrator, currently serving as the Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies at the World University of Bangladesh (WUB). Dr. Ahmed earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration, specializing in Quality Management from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Dr. Ahmed is a prolific researcher with over 70 publications in peer-reviewed journals. His research interests encompass quality management, healthcare management, service marketing, digital transformation, organizational behavior, and human resource management.
