Álvaro Suárez-Vergne Institute of Economy, Geography, and Demography, Center for Social and Human Sciences, National Research Council, Madrid, SpainÁlvaro Suárez-Vergne is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Economics, Geography and Demography of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC). He holds a PhD in Sociology from the Complutense University of Madrid. His research focuses on social inequalities, health, stigma, and social integration, with particular attention to vulnerable and marginalised populations. His work combines quantitative and mixed-methods approaches.
