Vivian Guetler Kyle C. Ward Felix Junior Appiah Kubi a Criminology and Criminal Justice, University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, USAb Applied Statistics & Research Methods, University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, USADr. Vivian Guetler is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Northern Colorado. She conducts research in cybercrime, cybersecurity, ethical AI, and data privacy and surveillance technologies. She is currently the principal investigator for a grant by the Bureau of Justice Assistance to conduct research on cybercrime and policing in Colorado.Dr. Kyle C. Ward is a Professor in the Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Northern Colorado. His research focuses on rural criminology, jail reentry, program and policy evaluation, structured decision-making in community corrections, and behavioral threat assessment and management (BTAM) in higher education. He collaborates with correctional agencies and universities to translate research into evidence-based policy and practice.Felix Junior Appiah Kubi, GStat, is a PhD candidate in Applied Statistics and Research Methods at the University of Northern Colorado. His research focuses on causal inference, double machine learning, uncertainty quantification, and reinforcement learning for off-policy evaluation. He is a Graduate Statistician accredited by the American Statistical Association and previously served as a Data Science Fellow at the University of Washington’s eScience Institute.
