Her research focuses on vulnerable groups and criminal procedure as well as learning and teaching in criminal justice degrees.Jennifer Hartley is a Lecturer in Law at the Centre for Law and Justice at Charles Sturt University. She has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from The University of Canberra and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practise from the College of Law, Sydney. Jennifer is on the Solicitor’s Roll as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia and was a lawyer in Sydney and regional NSW.
