Natalie Rivera Kaelyn Sanders Christina DeJong School of Criminal Justice, Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI, USANatalie Rivera is a doctoral student in the School of Criminal Justice at Michigan State University. She is a recipient of the Academic Achievement Graduate Assistantship (AAGA) and is completing a dual major PhD in Chicano/Latino Studies. She received her BA in Psychology with two minors in Criminal Justice and US Latino/a Studies from Iowa State University. She received her MS in Criminal Justice with a graduate certification in Chicano/Latino Studies from Michigan State University. Her research interests are victimology, gender-based violence, Chicano/Latino Studies, corrections, critical criminology, and mixed methods.Kaelyn Sanders is a Ph.D. Candidate (ABD) in the School of Criminal Justice at Michigan State University. Using critical frameworks, Kaelyn’s research sits at the nexus of community supervision, reintegration, and inequality, Her past research has been published in the Journal of Criminal Justice, Feminist Criminology, and Crime & Delinquency.Christina DeJong Ph.D. is an Emeritus Associate Professor in the School of Criminal Justice at Michigan State University.
