Scott M. Joubert Northern Essex Community College Criminal Justice Program, Coordinator, Havervill, MAScott M. Joubert began his career as a correctional officer at the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office, working in roles with direct inmate contact. He later transitioned into higher education, teaching topics including offender rehabilitation, prerelease strategies, sexual assault, and domestic violence. He has presented nationally on prison reform and reentry preparation. Scott currently serves as Chair of the Massachusetts Criminal Justice Educators Committee and is a graduate of Boston University, Worcester State University, and Quinsigamond Community College.
