Taylor Le Cui Runze Ding a Kāhui Tū Kaha, Auckland, New Zealandb Swansea University, Swansea, UKTaylor Le Cui is a New Zealand–based sociologist specializing in sexuality in education and the workplace across authoritarian, Western, and transnational contexts. He has published interdisciplinary research in prestigious international journals across education, sociology, sexuality studies, Asian studies, migration studies, and management studies. Taylor holds a PhD in Education from the University of Auckland, and another PhD in Linguistics from the Communication University of China. He is the Editor-in-Chief of the international journal Diversity & Inclusion Research (Wiley).Runze Ding is a Lecturer in Media and Communication at Swansea University. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Leeds and is passionate about bringing marginalized perspectives into focus through his research. Runze’s work spans LGBT studies, digital cultures, alternative media, and (sub-) cultural studies, with a strong interest in the Chinese experience. His research has been featured in journals like European Journal of Cultural Studies, Social Media + Society, and International Journal of Communication.
