Jennifer S. Wong Natalie Beck Simon Fraser University, Burnaby, BC, CanadaJennifer S. Wong, is a Professor in the School of Criminology at Simon Fraser University. Using applied, quantitative, and qualitative methods, her work focuses primarily on evaluation and policy analysis in the areas of crime prevention, intervention, and crime control policy. Dr. Wong’s recent work includes evaluations of a school-based gang prevention program, a specialized police gang unit, a wraparound intervention program for at-risk youth, an afterschool group mentoring program, and a sexual violence prevention campaign.Natalie Beck, is a doctoral student in the School of Criminology at Simon Fraser University. Her recent work has included a focus on crime prevention and intervention, including examinations of youth gang involvement, gang enforcement and disruption, aftercare and resettlement programming, and school-based prevention programming.
