Washington, D.C., Mother and Son Charged with Conspiring to Defraud Internal Revenue Service

Sherri Davis and her son, Andre Davis, were charged in a superseding indictment with conspiring to defraud the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and with aiding and assisting in the preparation of false individual income tax returns, the Justice Department and IRS announced today.
