He has led several research projects on wound healing and is interested in clinical reasoning and innovative approaches to medical training, with a focus on integrating technology to enhance diagnostic accuracy and resident engagement.Dr Rachel Kornhaber is an Associate Professor of Nursing at Charles Sturt University. Her research focuses on burns care, nursing education, and trauma-informed practice, with an emphasis on improving clinical outcomes and strengthening healthcare delivery through evidence-based education and research translation.Dr Danielle Le Lagadec is a senior nursing lecturer at CQUniversity. With two PhDs, she has led research in applied science and nursing, with a strong focus on patient deterioration, enhancing the quality and safety of patient care.Dr Michelle Cleary is a Professor of Nursing at CQUniversity. Michelle has led research in several areas of mental health and health care, aiming to improve professional practice and consumer care and translate research programs to strengthen health service delivery.
