Kosloski is an Associate Professor in criminal justice at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Her research focuses on violence prevention and criminal justice pedagogy. Her research has most recently been featured in the Journal of Human Development, Child Abuse & Neglect, the Journal of Interpersonal Violence, and the Journal of Cybersecurity Education, Research and Practice. She has been awarded as an outstanding teacher at UCCS and a University of Colorado Presidents’ Teaching Scholar.Kate Quintana is an Assistant Professor in the College of Public Service at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Her research focuses on international and comparative criminal justice as well as drug use and drug policy. Dr. Quintana has published on these areas in both domestic and international outlets with recent articles appearing in Deviant Behavior, Journal of Drug Issues, and the Polish Journal of Criminology.Dr. Katy Hudson, Teaching Professor in the UCCS College of Public Service, has over 20 years of both academic and practitioner experience in the field of criminal justice. Dr. Hudson’s background has centered primarily on corrections. She began her work with the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) in 1997 as a Corrections Officer 1. In her 15‑year career at CDOC, she rose to the level of lieutenant, monitoring and supervising the activities of the safety and security of the corrections facility through numerous assignments within the organization including shift commander, facility training coordinator, academy trainer, and security specialist. Dr. Hudson has worked with both male and female offender populations and has held institutional assignments at all classification levels. Dr. Hudson is the visionary behind the criminal justice study abroad program at UCCS.Richard Radabaugh had a 30‑year career in law enforcement where he worked in several different divisions including as a detective and in SWAT. He earned a juris doctorate and became a licensed attorney following his successful career in law enforcement. He went into private practice specializing in representing police officers involved in critical incidents. For nearly 15 years, he has been a Teaching Professor in criminal justice at the University Colorado Colorado Springs where he taught a diverse group of classes regarding law enforcement and law and helped develop the criminal justice study abroad program. He retired in 2024 and now teaches as an adjunct faculty online in the criminal justice program at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
